This is a zine about mix-tapes. Upon rediscovering this much maligned art-form a few years ago (and my much repressed tendency to thrust my music taste onto anyone who stood still long enough in my company), I started plotting such a publication to spout forth an ideology of the powerful love that just doesn't carry over to the digital world. Now, finally, the idea has given birth to a 24 page mutant, full of idealism, sycophancy, track-lists, and a bunch of rants. At least one tape has been partially disemboweled in the making of this zine.
